What weight should I count
I weigh myself daily, and some days I can be 2 kgs lower than others, is the extra 2 kgs water weight ? I'm starting I lose motivation because of this as I have been working at this so much and have only seemed to have lost 3lbs within a month and sometimes gain some of the weigh back

Step counter and exercise
I workout on a cross trainer regularly and my pedometer obviously goes up but I log my exercise on the cross trainer and It is also counting these extra steps too should I just discount the calories burned according to the pedometer ?

I've apparently lost an inch off my waist in a week but only lost 3/4 of a pound.
How is this even possible I've lost an inch off my waist and 1/2 an inch off my thighs in a week though in that week I have done cardio 7 days a week and had under 1200 calories most days but I have only lost 3/4 of a pound any help here ? Am I doing something wrong
