Hi, I had a massive heart attack 7yrs ago! So have slowly put on weight ! I went up to 15st 10lb that was 2014 I didn't bother doing anything until now and my son in law put this app on my phone and I haven't looked back since! I've only been doing this fitness pal for six weeks but am down to 14st 6lb
