Hi everyone, I am just confused because I don't know if mfp is syncing with my fitbit. Is it supposed to automatically calculate the calories burned with exercise? Or do I have to enter the exercise into that section for it to calculate? Thanks
So let's say MFP sets my maximum calories at 1400 then adds like 300 for exercise. Does this mean I should consume the whole 1700 or not consume the extra 300. In other words can I consume all the 1700 and still lose weight? Or should I just stick to the 1400??
