Hi everyone! My names Alex and I have finally decided to take control of my life. I I have been doing good so far but any words of encouragement or advice are much appreciated! 24 pounds down so far!
I started my diet 3 weeks ago today, eating 1200 calories and eating pretty healthy. The first week I lost 7 pounds! But week 2 and 3 I I've only lost 3.. I don't understand. It is making me become discouraged and makes me want to give up like I'm doing all this work for nothing.
