Hi! I have been loving the exercise video life forever and decided to change it up by joining the Y .... love it ..... but without the lady on TV telling me what to do I'm at a loss ..... can someone give me some ideas for where to find a decent weights workout for women targeting weight loss??
Hi Everyone .... I have just returned to MyFitnessPal ... I had been using the LoseIt app but have plateaued and am looking to switch things up ... I love love this so so far but am wondering if anyone out there works out to Cathe Friedrich and if you do how do you log the videos accurately?
