Hello, last year I lost 45 pounds using my fitness pal and have since gained 15 back ;( I want to stop this gaining streak that I'm in so I need stay committed to this app for the long run to avoid yo-yo dieting. Motivational friends are wanted and I will do the same. In it to win it haha :)

Hello I'm from California and I started using this wonderful app last year and was able to lose 45 pounds in 8 months but I gained 15 back since October 2015. I'm going to commit to use this app for the long term now because I don't want to continue gaining. Please feel free to add me :)
