:) :) Hi everyone I'm 27 yrs old and I need to loose weight recently my doctor tld me I'm pre diabetic and I need to loose weight so I won't turn diabetic any one in this situation I really want help and need to loose weight cus I have a one year old and I need to be healthy so I can teach her how to be healthy herself .
