Last time is was here I managed to lose 20 kg, unfortunately I've put most of that back on, so I'm going for it again and try to keep it off this time, wish me luck

Hey all, I've lost 16kgs since January so great but the last two weeks have been tough, no movement on the scale, same diet and workouts and calorie deficit, any ideas to kick my metabolism in the butt? ;)
