I'm not loosen like I was ? I'm stuck
I've been going at this for 31days and only eating 1,400 calories daily. I don't eat no where near that . I go to the gym and burn like 300 to sometimes 900 a day . I'm not sure why I'm at a stuck point it's so slow right now. It's definitely becoming discouraging I feel over time . I need some pointer and help kick start…
