Hi! My name is Nikki. I'm 38 and 5'4 and have a lot of weight to lose. I lost about 50 lbs a couple years ago using MFP and got off track and have gained about 30 back. I have lost 4 lbs in the past couple weeks though. I'm so ready to overcome this battle. Nice to meet you all!
