I'm 71 years old and 5'1". I've not been overweight all my life, maybe 20 years. My hip bothers me so I have trouble walking. Today I bought walking sticks. My husband and I go to the gym 3 days a week. I do 20 - 30 minutes on a stationary bike (with moving handles) and 20 -30 minutes of weight training. I have no idea…

RE-STARTING
I met with the dietitian yesterday (Tuesday) and am starting AGAIN. Went shopping this morning and bought some protein foods. I want to remember that it will take my brain a few days or weeks to get with the program. In the meantime the brain will be asking for extra food and lots of ice cream. I admire those of you who…
