I do 30 min of running every day. After that I do 100 push ups and 100 sit ups anybody have some advice for me or other fat burning exercises. Any advice helps thank you.
Ey was up everybody. I'm 26 a father of two and married to a beautiful wife. I work as a railroad inspector for LA metro. I figured if I want to be there for my kids a very long time I need to start eating healthy and staying fit. This is my first week and hopefully every one can show some love to the fitness pal community.
