Trying to Care Again
Hi there, I'm Jill. 38 yo 5'7 ~ CW 164, GW 145 ... Gained 15lbs since the loss of a family member to suicide 2 years ago. It sometimes seems impossible to stay motivated now. But I am ready to give it a go. Been on MFP for years, but have never utilized the community for motivation. Think it's time. :) I'm about 20 lbs…
