Hey all, it's my first day on my 50ibs weight loss mission. Just turned 37 yesterday and figured it's time to make some healthy, long term goals. Hope to make some friends, lose some weight and get my life back :)
I am 5"0 and am wondering if I pull eat around the 1000-1100 calorie mark because of my height...yesterday I had 164 calories left over and didn't really feel like I needed them. Any thoughts or suggestions?
