Hi! I just can't seem to get myself back in the zone and back on track with my eating and exercise! I'm getting so frustrated with myself it's ridiculous! What kind of stuff do you guys do to remotivate yourselves?
Hi all! I've recently started using MFP again and trying to log daily, so it'd be nice to get to know some people for motivation :) Also, are any of you doing the ZBody workouts? I'm coming to the end of my first week and it'd be nice to get to know others that know the programme!
