Ok so I fully understand weighing my food, that's the easy part. The part I can't find anything on is how much of what I should eat. Proteins, Carbs and fats. I'm not trying to bulk up. I would like to lose weight and have definition.
I need to eat 2,225 calories a day to lose 48 lbs. I have no idea what or how to eat this much. Any and all help is desperately needed. Thanks all. Todd
