Milk?
Ok, dumb question. If I were to use a cup of milk on my cereal and only drink half of it would I still count the whole cup toward my calorie goal or only half a cup?

Just curious how you all handle weekend eating. Do you stick to your eating regime like during the week or do you tend to flub a little?

Eating too little?
Hey y'all! According to MFP my calorie goal is 1,280/day. With this I'm supposed to loose 1 pound/week. I usually will earn at least 250 calories more. I generally try to keep my consumption between 1,000-1,100 calories. Do you guys think this is too few? Am I sabotaging my weight lose?

When will I notice the loss?
I've been back at it with MFP since early May and I've shed about 11 pounds so far. A few people have told me they notice that I'm loosing weight. That's great. I love to hear that, but I'm not so much seeing the loss. I have about 14 more pounds to loose before I meet my goal. My question is: When will I start noticing…

Natural sugar?
Hi everybody! Just a quick question for y'all. I find myself going over my sugar goal often, but most of the sugar I consume comes from fruit and veggies. Am I sabotaging myself by eating too much natural sugar? I am usually ok with everything else (carbs, fat, etc). Thanks guys!!
