Hi, I am 45 and about 30 pounds over weight and wayyyyy out of shape!! This will be my third time trying this ap. I have a very active six year old and want to be able to run a little and play a lot without having to tell him "mommy is tired Hun, I need a break". So this will be my third go at this "Lifestyle" change (not diet) while using this ap. I only lost a few pounds last time (not dedicated enough), I am feeling more in to it this time so hopefully over time I will have good results. I am wanting to be in healthy shape to keep up with my six year old (always out of breath)…
