Failure is just taking 1 step closer to success.
Well...to err is human. Jack in the box won tonight (bought free by my brother) started well with half a grilled chicken salad...ended with a taco and chicken sandwich. Dont necessarily feel as bad looking at the bright side, got to hang out with my brother. Back at it again tomorrow. Stay motivated everyone
Better than I thought it would be!
Just downloaded the app a few days ago and it's already paying off! I thought it would be harder to log every meal & snack but it's actually really easy. It's encouraged me to step up my workouts. Hope everyone is having the same results!
