What should you do if your Calories fall below the Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR)
Hi All, Help needed. What should you do when in order to lose weight your calories fall below the Basal Metabolic Rate, calories needed to maintain the body? My BMR is 1672 approximately, but after X 1.2 for sedentary activity and then - 500 calories (1 LB a week) it falls to approx 1506....Calories approximately. Thanks
