I've only lost about 10 lbs. My goal weight is around 125-130 ish but at the moment I've been fluctuating between 129-131. So I still have some work to do but I've hit a bit of a plateau. I find that it's good to look back at how I've improved when I start getting disillusioned, even if there isn't much difference!
