Hello everyone I am on a journey to get healthy fit currently i am 373lbs but I am trying to keep my diet in check and do cardio everyday but im not sure how to gauge the calories burned fitness pal has 40 minutes on the elliptical around 800 calories burned which im pretty sure is not accurate. any suggestions?
