I got a body fat caliper and did a measurement this morning. I Believe it is off by a lot, my fitbit scale keeps hovering around 19-22%. Aria 1 bmi accuracy?
I have the first generation aria scale. How accurate is the bmi %? My bmi keeps saying that I'm between 25-29%, but I have lost a lot of weight and I definitely lost belly fat. I dropped 2 pants sizes. My bmi hasn't changed much? Is the second generation more accurate?

Running, help.
I've been training for running. I have done about 20 workouts/runs so far (3 or 4 a week). I don't seem to be improving.
