Hey....starting a 3 month fitness and weight loss challenge TODAY! Actually, I've been exercising in preparation for a 5 mile run in a few weeks....just thought I better incorporate weight loss/calorie counting in because I have been gaining weight and my clothes feel tight....so......I didn't eat a donut today..... :)
