Diet?
I seem to have the hardest time with my diet. I do as much as I can to stay on track. I try to meal prep my lunches and dinners to save time. However I find myself wondering off track sometimes, between snacks, good beers, and rushed for time fast food. Anyone else have the same problems?? Id love to hear ideas on how to…
