Looking to gain muscle, eat healthy, and lose about 30 lbs.
I'm 5' 9" and sitting at 170lbs. I've gained 30 lbs in the last 5 years as I became a college student in pursuit of a career change. My goal is to lose the fat and feel energetic again! Anyone with positive enthusiasm would be great to add as a friend (if that's how this works... :o )).
