I'm looking for the best foods to fill my protein void. (no supplements please, real food)
I'm sure we've all been there, but I'm having on of those I hate everything and everybody days. The only thing that's saving me is a good workout. I'm a computer tech teacher for grades prek - 5th grade. I don't get them often but today is what I call a GRRRR day. What is your favorite workout for days like this?
I pretty much mastered fitting in eating healthy in my crazy schedule. It just comes down to smart choices and disipline. But I find its alot tougher getting workouts in, or schould I say the right workouts in. I want to get a healthy mix of cardio and weights ( more so weights) in my week. So between the gym and my house…
