How slow is too slow?
Is running 3.5 mph-3.8 mph as a beginner too slow? I plan on increasing speed as the weeks go by but find I need to start pretty slow. I prefer running outside where I can run at my own pace without worrying about mph, but winter in Illinois is preventing that.

So I used this website tdeecalculator.net, it states my maintenance cals are 2315 and my cutting cals are 1815. MFP has me at 1370 a day for weight loss and I've been trying to be under that, just to account for any variances. I do weigh all my food, so the variances should actually be very minimal. Small Victory!!!!
My goal was to lose 10 pounds by 9/24 (my birthday) and today I have surpassed that goal!!! I have lost 13 pounds!!! I am so proud of myself. My next goal is to lose 30 More pounds by Christmas. I can and will do this!!!!
