Lost my first 5 pounds today. It took me a while. But as many have said weight loss is not a sprint it's a marathon. I am proud of myself. Hope that others out there are reaching those milestones on their way to health and happiness.
So my weigh in yesterday was the same as the day before and today's was back up half a pound. I am feeling like I am failing. Anyone who can give me some encouragement I would appreciate. It is moments like these that make me fall off the wagon and start gaining all the weight I recently lost.
Hello I have been over weight for several years. Mostly due to depression. I am hoping that losing weight and eating right will help me over come my emotional issues. Wishing all others good luck on their journey.
