Hi everyone, I'm 16 female trying to drop some pounds, about 10 pounds or so..but i'm not too bothered by the number on the scale, i want to see my change in the mirror not on the scale!! Is anyone here doing the Insanity workout program? Just started and I love it but it's really hard, but that's why i love it!
