OK guys so my diet is going very well had a few extras this weekend but still stayed within my calorie limits. I am going to attempt exercise starting tomorrow that's the hard part for me usually make it 3 days then quit. Could really use some motivation with thus part.
I have no motivation. I am a stay at home mom the diet is not the hard part for me it's working out. Is there anything I can do I need energy. I want to be more toned for my wedding not sure if I even have enough time ?
