Is 320 calories burned/workout good?
I'm an 18 year old female, 190 pounds and 4'11. I just started doing 40 minutes on an incline treadmill, and I hope to do that 4-5 times per week. I feel like I do a really intense workout but the treadmill says I'm only burning 322 calories. Is that enough to lose weight if I eat 1000-1200 calories per day? I hope so…
