Breastfeeding.
I feel like I'm starving all the time. I'm gaining weight like crazy. I was eating 1400 calories, and trying to workout twice a week and I ate back my breastfeeding calories. I'm getting very discouraged. Any help from other mama's would be amazing! What helped you?
