Worst fitness-related injury you've had?
How bad have you injured yourself doing anything pertaining to fitness or being active? I've torn my ACL and MCL in high school when I was football. Worst pain of my life.

How often do you do cheat days/meals?
For some reason(Feel free to judge), whenever I do a full on cheat day every 2-4 weeks, I get right back on track the very next day down to my caloric deficit and I actually see BETTER weight loss and fat loss results a week after the cheat. Am I the only one that does this? And how do you do your cheating for better…

Embarrassing gym stories.
I was in high school and I was squatting I think 325 lbs. I didn't pay attention to the fact that my shorts were a bit tight. I went down and when I got all the way down, I heard and felt my shorts rip, exposing my bum. Had a few people laughing. What's happened to you??

Stubborn body fat that won't go away?
I've been struggling for quite some time now with having leftover belly and lower back fat and I've been doing all I can to burn it off. I know spot reducing is nonexistent. Does anybody have or has anybody had issues with this? And if so, what have you done to lose the last bit of stubborn fat?

Tell a funny story about yourself.
The title says it all. One time, I went and bowled with some friends. It was my first frame of the game and as I went to roll the ball, my fingers got stuck in the holes and the weight of the bowling ball, plus the the force I put into it, dragged me into the lane and I slipped and fell on my face. :D Your turn!

Heavy bag training good for cardio?
On most cardio days, for me, I tend to head outside and put in boxing/kickboxing rounds on my freestanding heavy bag. The way I do it is I start off with simple stretching(who wouldn't stretch before any workout?), followed by five 2 minute rounds of warming up my arms and legs(1 round = 1 limb to warm up + last round…
