Have you noticed that when you enter a workout or activity that the app will give you "credit" in the form of MORE calories to eat!? That's the only thing I dislike about myfitnesspal. Please don't eat more just because you worked out - unless you want to remain the same weight....
After creating an account, you'll need to set your reminders to go off frequently. And make sure your daily calorie goal is within a realistic range. I can help you determine that number. But a good daily calorie goal is about 100 less than your BMR.
I'm pumped to start these ten days. I need this so much, my eating has been HORRIBLE this month. I'm NOT going to log my exercise for these 10 days, only because I don't want the app to allow me EXTRA cals... If you don't log your exercise that's fine!
