Calorie goal seems too high need help
Hello, my daily calorie goal 2280. I weighed 415 pounds when I started. I can honestly say that beer and soda was most of my caloric intake. I am down to about 355 now. I don't drink like I used to so this left a big void in my calories, I can barely eat 1500 and that's me feeling really full for the day. But I heard that…

Muscle milk, yes or no??
I have read positive and negative reviews about muscle milk. Does anybody here use it?? I can't eat meat (I know meat isn't the only source of protein). And this seems like a really good way to get protein with low carbs. Any advice??
