Fat old runner is back and looking for over 55 friends
I’m back after being away a few years. I’m looking for friends that I can support and who can support me. Here’s what I’m looking for: 1) Over age 55, therefore... 2) Understand the challenges (from actual life experience) both metabolic and foundational of the aging body 3) Want simply to face, with grace, the caloric…

Runners with steamed up glasses
I’ve figured out how to keep the rain off my glasses, but, summer and winter both, I can’t figure out how to keep my glasses from steaming over. Anyone have any ideas besides spit or the anti fog stuff for your snorkeling mask, both of which dry out unclear?

Please stop calling it a "cheat meal!"
Can I get an amen? Food sustains us. Food delights us. Food bedevils us. But food is what powers our bodies. I am not opposed to a small amount of real, Old-fashioned sugar, or a splash of fruit juice of some sort. I like to make…

I want my streak back!
Dang it! I had a great streak going, and was camping four days in areas without cell service so I couldn't log. I'm back to a two day streak. It's silly but that streak number kept me going. Is there any way to get it back?

Weekly CICO goals?
Has anyone tried weekly rather than daily CICO goals? It seems more natural that our bodies want more food one day and less another irrespective of daily targets. Perhaps it might make this easier. Thoughts?

Where do these whacky macro numbers come from?
I've been using the app a little over a week and kept feeling like I couldn't hit my protein goal at all, much less without going way over the fat goal. I was only looking at the bar graph not the actual numbers they are using. When I looked at the numbers, I realized that they were crazy high for protein, unreasonably…
