So last year I did great to lose 24 pounds but kinda stopped exerciseing and logging but I kept up the ratting better so I haven’t gained the weight back but I am no longer losing and due to recent close family getting really sick I know that I need to get myself healthier for myself! Not logging Drinks???
So I checked a lot of food diaries and it seems that either 1. Everyone just drinks water ALL day or 2. No one logs what other drinks they have!?! I'm confused they are a part of your diet so why do people keep them out or is that normal?? ( They STEAL my junk food calories!)
