EO and Hashimotos
I have been rubbing EO on my throat (Clove and Lemongrass) for my Hypothroid disease, but it seem to get a hoarse voice almost to the point of it being a sore throat. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? I am applying it with a roller bottle and carrier oil. Thanks!
