Question...
I just recently got back into working out (doing at home workout DVDs) I did them the past three days and my thighs are super sore, which I know is a good thing. My question is should I keep going and let my muscles adjust or should I take a day or two to let my muscles heal? :) Thanks

BUT I'm always very close on my sodium goal that MFP set for me. I feel like I need to cut back on the sodium? Or maybe the goal is set low? Does anyone know how much sodium should be…
