1000 pushup & situps in September
The goal is as it says, 1000 pushup & situps in September. You can fit them in however you want. I plan to do 1 set per day, but feel free to do several smaller sets throughout the day. 30 per day would be only be 900 so I will do 40 twice a week to help make up the difference.
