Fitbit compared to moron pedometer
Hi, I'm Esther. I have worn a pedometer for quite awhile now and decided to get a fitbit flex. I am baffled because the fitbit says 7000 steps and my pedometer says 4400 steps. Which do I believe. My feet say no way to 7000.
Recipe help please
My name is Esther and I am new to this program. I created a recipe before I understood volumes. I redid the recipe and now I want to delete the old one. How do I do that? Thanks for your help!
