This is already the 3rd time i use MFP to get on the ball to lose weight & tone my body... i just need some inspiration , motivation or SOMETHING to help get to my goal weight & keep it there...HELP! LOL
I'm getting confused I'm looking over my nutrition for today & I noticed it says fat then saturated etc...what is fat? Is that " bad" fat or good fat... I know saturated is bad... So my question is it pertaining to good fat consumption? Cause I had a lot of it today lol
I was wondering do you log your pre workout ( morning ) snack or meal under breakfast? Cause I have a protein shake in the morning , workout and then eat breakfast..should I be logging it under snack?
