Hungrier Now Than at Beginning??
Ok so I am focused on low carb, high(er) fat diet and at the beginning i would eat around 1400 calories a day and was never. Hungry. Now I've noticed I'm eating more (same foods) and avg calories is around 1800!! Why would I be more hungry now than at beginning of my diet?? I'm so close to goal weight (4.8 lbs) I want to…
