When do you weigh in?
I know the go-to time is first thing in the morning when you're closest to your "fighting weight". I prefer just before going to bed. I just feel at that time is closest to my overall, walking around weight and that if I'm happy with it then, I'm good at any time. When do you weigh yourself and why then?
