Hi - I am new to "My Fitness Pal". I found the site looking for a place online to log my calories. Trying to lose 25 pounds AGAIN... I lose it, then gain it back...over and over again :/ Maybe THIS time will be the LAST time. As I get older, it gets harder and harder to take it off. Looking for friends to share the journey…
Is there anything else that is "equivalent"? I do love a cold glass of water, but it's nice to mix it up, you know? I have tried adding fruit and that's ok, but it gets nasty pretty quick.. I used to be a diet coke junkie and I cut that out because I am trying to be healthier... how do we all feel about crystal light?…
