Calorie deficit and no exercise?
I have been sick for several days and it had me thinking. Can you lose weight just staying in a calorie deficit and no exercise? I would love to see a discussion on this :) .

Where did you see changes first? (Scale, inches, or pictures)
I am curious to see what other people have noticed when they started their weight loss journey. I feel I am noticing in pictures the biggest difference because I'm started to lose more in my back and face area. I believe I am losing inches (hard to measure myself lol). I made it 2 months!
Just sharing my mini milestone! I also just wanted to share the little progress I made this month. The left picture is Oct 17, the right picture is Nov 17. Being very consistent with tracking my food and exercising !

Just wanted to share my success
I started my journey when I opened MyFitnessPal! Wow I can't believe I am doing it. It's hard for me to share with my friends because they don't seem to understand my excitement. I never thought it would happen! I'm gonna keep going though!
