trying to gain weight
I'm 34 and just started working out again. I use to weigh 155lbs and after I stopped working out it all went away. I got down to 110lbs and was unhappy with how I looked. Now I'm back at it and in 7 months I've gained 20 lbs. So far so good. Would like to gain about 20-30 more lbs. Any advice would be much appreciated.
