Runners
I recently started running (about 3 weeks ago) but now Ive noticed my knees hurt alittle. Any recommendations on knee strengthening? I ride a stationary bicycle on my XT days because I dont have a pool available to me that is big enough for laps.

Recent move
I recently transferred Universities and moved to a knew city. The first couple weeks I felt very alone and allowed myself to emotionally eat. Didnt gain too much (about 3lbs) but I need to get back on track while getting use to this new area.

Im a Medical Laboratory Major at the University. Its gets very stressful but Im trying to find healthy ways reduce stress. As of right now, Im running every other day and doing a little weight lifting on the days I dont run. Hopefully I can keep it up through the end of the semester.
