I need friends, motivation and ideas to help me out. I'm in a weird spot with my fitness. I've lost almost 100lbs over the last couple years and have been yoyoing in the last year or so.
Hello everyone I'm new to this app and hoping it will help me. Recently went through a break up and need to get some sort of direction back in my life and get back on a healthy life style. I look forward to meeting some new people and hitting my fitness goals.
